Women have to fight for the right of their body. The constant battle in whether women had the right to there body is an unconstitutional debate. A woman's body is her property and should be left to her what she should do with it. The right to have an abortion is the right of every woman though many are fight to proven that right. There are many factors in why this right is being attack, for example, the increase influence of religion in state. As will as the lack of representation of women in government and the little knowledge people have about the abortion. Only way to fix this lack of right to women, we have addressed this factors.

          The constitution said there would be a separation of church and government. But we can see that religion believe is being used to shape our nation laws. People converted that they need to add their religion into the laws. The problem with religion in government is that there is limitation that is enforced. Law need to change to fit the time or to help improve the live of the people while religion is set laws that doesn’t change and taught not to question. The leading religion that is making it way to our government is Christianity the statement commonly used against abortion is “every child is a gift from god”, with this mindset we see how far people would go with the topic of abortion. We have to remove religion out of government and the best way to do so is eliminate the ability to use religion in any governmental debate. This way, it forces people to use fact not faith.

          When on the subject women right, we need women to be discussing it. The lack of women representation in government also influence why this is an issue in our modern day. We have men in government voting on law that dictates what women can and cannot do with her body. The problem with that is they cannot relate to a woman in this society and have not experience the negative double standards that a woman in the country has to face.  They can only judge the women's right to abortion through the eye of a man who will never know what it’s like to be pregnant. The house of representative, so represent the population each state, we should include the population of each gender. We need more women in government for this reason alone. We need representative to enlighten us on what a women right should be and what a woman goes through.

          The lack of knowledge of the process of an abortion and what it really is influence this negative view we have on abortion. Many people believe it is a living child because they don’t understand the process how the body makes a child. They don’t understand what stage heartbeat start or other human function develops. Because of this lack of knowledge, people turn from it. The more information people are given on the rules and regulation the more people would acknowledge the right of the women. School should be teaching the development of a child from embryo stage and how it not considered a baby at that point. With people more knowledge on the subject of abortion and what is occurring, we get to address the issue more promptly.

Women are given this right by the constitution but how are society and government is framed, there are many obstacles that are preventing this. When we address the problem of religion in government and the lack of representation women and knowledge of abortion, there would not be a contain battle for women’s rights to their body. But we have to take necessary steps in see each problem addressed. We have push religion out and put women, also teach facts not beliefs.
